Jaqson Capital operates primarily in a B2B environment.
We may process limited professional contact information concerning founders, executives, shareholders, directors, employees, professional advisers, suppliers, contractors, counterparties and representatives of businesses where such processing is reasonably necessary for legitimate professional or commercial communications.

You may voluntarily subscribe to Jaqson Capital newsletters, company communications or other marketing materials.
Where consent is required, marketing communications will be sent only after you have affirmatively opted in.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by:
using the unsubscribe mechanism included in the communication; or

Jaqson Capital may use artificial intelligence and automated tools to assist with internal business analysis.
This may include assisting us in:
classifying inquiries;
organizing business contacts;
prioritizing potential opportunities;
assessing business or partnership opportunities;
identifying patterns in business information;
summarizing communications;
and supporting internal decision-making.
These systems may generate scores, recommendations or classifications.
Jaqson Capital does not currently intend to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects upon individuals.
Material decisions remain subject to meaningful human review.
Individuals in the EEA have specific rights regarding decisions based solely on automated processing where such decisions produce legal or similarly significant effects. (AEPD)
If Jaqson Capital materially changes its use of automated decision-making, this Privacy Policy will be updated and any additional legally required protections will be implemented.
12. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies necessary for:
website functionality;
security;
consent management;
communications;
analytics, where enabled;
and advertising or remarketing, where enabled.
Non-essential analytics, advertising and remarketing technologies will not be activated for visitors subject to EU/EEA consent requirements unless the user has provided the required consent.
We intend to provide users with options to:
Accept
Reject
and
Manage Preferences
for non-essential cookies.
Users must be able to withdraw or modify their consent after making a selection.
More detailed information, including the specific cookies currently installed, providers, purposes and durations, is contained in our separate Cookie Policy.
The exact cookie inventory will be based upon the technologies actually deployed on the website and will be updated when those technologies change. Spain’s AEPD requires meaningful choice for non-essential cookies rather than treating continued browsing as consent.
13. Analytics and Advertising Technologies
Where enabled and subject to applicable consent requirements, Jaqson Capital may use tools such as:
Google Analytics
and
Meta Pixel
to understand website use, measure marketing effectiveness, create audiences and conduct advertising or remarketing activities.
These services may receive technical information, cookie identifiers, browser information, IP-derived data and information about interactions with our website.
Third-party advertising or analytics providers may process information under their own privacy policies and, depending on the service configuration, may act independently or jointly with Jaqson Capital for certain processing activities.
Visitors may reject non-essential advertising and analytics technologies through the website’s cookie-management mechanism.
14. reCAPTCHA and Website Security
We may use Google reCAPTCHA or similar anti-abuse technologies to protect forms, accounts and website infrastructure against spam, automated attacks and fraudulent activity.
Such services may process technical and device-related data required to evaluate whether an interaction is legitimate.
Where legally required, such technologies will be configured and used subject to applicable privacy and consent requirements.

16. Group Companies
Jaqson Capital may own, participate in, manage or coordinate subsidiaries or affiliated businesses.
Personal data collected by Jaqson Capital is not automatically available to subsidiaries or portfolio companies.
Information may be shared with another group company only where there is a legitimate and lawful reason to do so, the sharing is necessary for a defined purpose and appropriate safeguards are in place.
Where another group company independently determines the purposes and means of processing, that company may act as a separate data controller and should provide its own privacy information.
17. International Data Transfers
Jaqson Capital is established in Spain and its authorized internal personnel currently access its systems from Spain.
However, some of our technology providers operate infrastructure or processing operations outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States.
Accordingly, personal data may be transferred to, stored in or otherwise processed in countries outside the EEA.
Where GDPR applies, Jaqson Capital seeks to ensure that international transfers are supported by a lawful transfer mechanism, which may include:
an adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission;
participation by an eligible U.S. recipient in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework;
European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses;
and supplementary contractual, technical or organizational safeguards where required.
HighLevel’s current DPA states that it is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and provides for Standard Contractual Clauses for restricted transfers. GoDaddy’s current DPA similarly provides for the Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. (GoHighLevel)
The European Commission’s current adequacy decision recognizes the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework as a lawful transfer mechanism for transfers to participating U.S. organizations. (Eur-Lex)
Additional information regarding applicable safeguards may be requested at legal@jaqsoncapital.com.
18. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to comply with legal, regulatory, contractual and legitimate business requirements.

Where full data is no longer required, we may retain only the minimum information necessary to establish that a legal obligation or request was satisfied.
19. Data Security
Jaqson Capital applies technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature and risk of the personal data processed.
Such measures may include:
access controls;
strong authentication;
role-based permissions;
secure transmission;
vendor security controls;
limited internal access;

No information system can guarantee absolute security. Accordingly, Jaqson Capital cannot represent that unauthorized access, disclosure or loss can never occur.
Where a personal-data breach occurs, we will assess and address the incident in accordance with applicable data-protection law and will notify competent authorities and affected individuals where legally required.

Certain advertising technologies may nevertheless constitute “sharing”, “targeted advertising” or similar regulated activity under some U.S. state privacy laws.
Where such laws apply, Jaqson Capital will provide legally required opt-out mechanisms.
Based on Jaqson Capital’s current size and expected processing volumes, certain comprehensive U.S. state privacy statutes may not presently apply because statutory applicability thresholds are not met. Applicability will be reviewed as our activities, revenues and processing volumes develop.

Jaqson Capital may from time to time communicate with businesses or professional contacts located in Latin America.
Privacy laws differ between jurisdictions.
Where the data-protection law of another Latin American country lawfully applies to Jaqson Capital’s processing, we will respect the rights and requirements applicable to that processing.
This may include rights of access, correction, deletion, opposition, withdrawal of consent, portability or other locally recognized privacy rights.
